TangleSwap Joins the Assembly Ecosystem
To Boldly Go Where No DEX Has Gone Before
Another day, another stellar addition to the Assembly ecosystem. TangleSwap is ready for take-off as it enters the Assembly cosmos with their decentralized exchange (DEX), an open-source automated market maker (AMM) built to tackle the limitations of other earth-bound networks. The Assembly ecosystem welcomes this latest addition and is thrilled about the expansion of its decentralized finance (DeFi) experiences.
TangleSwap introduces itself
After launching on Shimmer, we will bring our TangleSwap DEX to the Assembly network as soon as it launches. We aim to provide a unique gas-free DEX experience by waiving the gas fees for our users. The TangleSwap DEX will also get rid of DeFi's most common downsides, namely, miners, Miner Extractable Value (MEV), and energy waste.
We build our DeFi experience around the concept of space and time. Be it on our asteroid farms, the staking fields, or the NFT docking stations: we aim to deliver with TangleSwap an extensive suite of DeFi applications that leave behind the earthly limitations of finance and open up a whole new cosmos of fascinating possibilities.

Not only does our crew have years of experience with IOTA and its community, but we have also gained DeFi experience within other ecosystems like Ethereum and Solana. About Assembly
Assembly is designed as a parallelized multi-chain network of blockchains offering sharded, composable smart contracts, anchored into the feeless IOTA DAG protocol. Assembly’s sharded multi-chain nature will provide flexibility, scalability, and interoperability as a smart contract network for mainstream innovation and mass adoption. It will do so by offering flexible smart contract execution fees, fast and secure smart contract execution, trustless and feeless native asset transfers across utility chains, full customization of utility chains, composability of dApps, compatibility with the Ethereum virtual machine and other VMs in the future.
In Assembly, anyone will be enabled to launch their own smart contract chain as a utility chain, offering flexible customization of execution fees and incentive structures for validators. Any Assembly utility chain will be overseen by the open, permissionless, decentralized, and dynamic Assembly validator pool, executing and validating smart contracts deployed to the utility chains. Validators can be requested by utility chains from the Assembly root chain using an open marketplace. Validators contributing to the security of the Assembly root chain or utility chains will be rewarded with the network’s native token, ASMB, and potentially additional tokens the utility chains might create and award to validators.
